A 1970’s detached modern house with some of its feature still remaining. It gets harder and harder to find 70’s & 80’s properties but here we have one with a very film friendly owner. What is great about these types of houses is the decent size rooms, which actually makes it practical to be able to film in them, especially the bedrooms.
