Large, detached modern house has some very nice features inside in its neutrally decorated rooms. The staircase with its open banisters goes through the three floors, making it a very attractive feature of the house.
The kitchen goes down into a small sitting area with an arch doorway & window, which gives the two rooms some shape. A good size converted attic might give a project an extra space for filming but certainly an area for green rooms, etc.
