Film Factory Library was created by Matthew Lane, a Location Manager with over 25 years of experience who wanted to bring in new and exciting properties to the Television and Film Industry.
Starting with London and the Home Counties the library will eventually cover the whole of England, Wales & Scotland.Â
Using the knowledge and experience of filming in properties, Matthew and his team will help property owners through their first experiences of filming, making sure everything goes smoothly, is financially worthwhile and the experience is enjoyable.
Matthew also wants to offer the Location Managers and their teams 24 / 7 service and support, so that they can contact him outside of office hours, which always helps when last minute or urgent situations arise.
Film Factory Library will be working with all types of productions; commercials, television productions and films, along with photo shoots and events.Â
Currently the library has been concentrating on domestic properties in and around London, however we are already building up a healthy portfolio of houses in the South of England, which will start appearing on the site very soon.
Film Factory Library will also be launching it’s ‘Non-Residential’ section in the couple of months.
